In this 12-week Training and Nutrition program we will be working on your fitness goals, whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, tone your overall physique, or transform your mind and body. With my personalized program, it will give you the confidence you deserve while getting you motivated to live a healthy lifestyle.
After you join my team, you will immediately receive a questionnaire. In that, you will be asked about your goals, body type, food allergies, struggles, etc. and allows you to put any additional information that you want me to know. This will ensure that the Training and Nutrition program I create is the best possible program for YOU. After your form is submitted, I will have your new program to you within 48 hours! Once you have received your personalized programs and all the additional information, your coaching period will start.
I will set up your macros based on your fitness goals. During your coaching period you will be tracking your own macros, as I believe that this is the most flexible approach to sustaining a diet. You will need to use a food scale and a tracking app/website (free of charge).
You will get a Personal Workout Plan that fits you and your schedule to get you the best results possible. The Training + Nutrition program contains a guide with useful information, so you always have the basics of training and nutrition available to you.
With weekly check-ins, we review your progress and gauge what your strong points and weak points are. Giving us the opportunity to adjust your program as necessary.
You will also have 24/7 e-mail support, I will give an answer to all your questions regarding nutrition, supplementation and your workout within 24 hours. I know making changes can be intimidating so, I make it a priority to communicate frequently and efficiently with my clients to guarantee maximum results and comfortability.
